KIA ORA! Today I am glad to share the general availability of AWS Asia Pacific (New Zealand) with three zones of availability and API name ap-southeast-6. With a new area, customers can now operate workload and safely store data in New Zealand and serve end users with even lower latency.
The new AWS Asia Pacific (New Zealand) will help organize their applications and serve end users while maintaining data residence in New Zealand. The AWS Asie Pacific (New Zealand) is the first area of infrastructure in New Zealand and the sixteenth region in Asia Pacific.
